We were asked by the client to renovate a brick outbuilding in their garden to give it a new lease of life. We installed a sturdy timber floor, stripped the roof and replaced it and fitted out the inside, including a sauna. We used reclaimed clay pan tiles for the roof and local larch for all the cladding from Culver Sawmill, Exeter.
